Apartment Maintenance Technician - Multi-Site

Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a multi-site Maintenance Technician to support our affordable and market-rate apartment communities. In this role, you'll perform daily and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems across several properties, ensuring safe, well-maintained homes for residents. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacant units, responding to emergencies, and upholding safety and code standards. You'll work closely with on-site teams in a collaborative, resident-focused culture with training, growth opportunities, and a chance to positively impact communities.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs for apartment homes and common areas across multiple properties.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems to reduce downtime.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in, including repairs, cleaning coordination, and safety checks.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and troubleshoot issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Inspect property grounds and buildings, identifying and addressing safety or maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to prioritize work and support resident satisfaction.
• Follow all safety, building code, and company compliance standards while on site.
