Insurance Fraud Surveillance Investigator

Allied Universal is seeking a Surveillance Investigator to support our Insurance clients within the Security & Law Enforcement department. In this role, you will conduct covert field surveillance, collect and document evidence, write detailed investigative reports, and support insurance fraud investigations. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients while adhering to all legal and ethical standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct discreet mobile and stationary surveillance on subjects involved in insurance-related investigations
• Document activities through detailed written reports, photographs, and video evidence that meet legal and client standards
• Collect, organize, and preserve evidence in accordance with company policy and applicable laws and regulations
• Utilize covert cameras, GPS tools, and other technology to monitor, track, and document subject activities
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to supervisors, case managers, and insurance clients
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness and adhere to safety, privacy, and legal guidelines at all times while in the field
• Plan daily routes and surveillance strategies to maximize productivity and case effectiveness
• Represent Allied Universal professionally with clients, the public, and law enforcement contacts
• Collaborate with internal security and investigations teams to support broader insurance fraud prevention and risk mitigation efforts
