Preschool Cook

The Learning Experience Corp seeks a Preschool Chef to prepare nutritious, child-friendly meals and snacks for children ages 6 weeks-6 years. In this education-focused, food & beverage role, you'll plan menus, follow allergy and dietary guidelines, and maintain a spotless, safe kitchen that meets all health codes. You'll collaborate with teachers to support classroom schedules and create a warm, welcoming mealtime experience that reflects our child-first, family-like culture. Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks for children 6 weeks-6 years
• Follow menus that meet licensing and nutritional guidelines, including allergies and special diets
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization to meet or exceed health and safety codes
• Receive, store, and rotate food inventory following proper food safety practices
• Collaborate with center leadership on menu planning, ordering, and budget awareness
• Coordinate meal and snack timing with classroom schedules to support learning routines
• Document food temperatures, cleaning logs, and allergy/dietary compliance
• Support a positive, nurturing mealtime environment aligned with the school's child-first culture
• Adhere to all company, state, and local food service and childcare regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team
