Lead Retail Sales Associate

The Lead Sales Associate supports store operations by assisting customers, processing purchases, stocking and displaying merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and helping implement planograms. The role may open or close the store and perform manager duties in the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide customer service leadership, helping them locate and purchase merchandise.
• Operate cash registers and scanners, process payments, make change, and bag merchandise.
• Receive and unpack deliveries; stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves.
• Build merchandise displays and help implement and maintain planograms.
• Clean store areas, including floors, restrooms, and stockroom, and take out trash.
• Open and close the store as directed and perform manager duties when store managers are absent.
