DOT-Compliant Transport Agent

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a DOT-Compliant Transport Agent to safely move passengers, crew, and cargo in a fast-paced airport environment. In this role, you'll operate transport vehicles on airport grounds, follow strict DOT, safety, and security procedures, and coordinate with ramp and gate teams to support on-time flights. Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, assisting passengers with mobility or luggage needs, and maintaining accurate transport logs. Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers, crew, and cargo on airport property in compliance with DOT and company policies
• Operate transport vehicles and equipment in secured airport areas following safety and security procedures
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
• Verify identification, documentation, and special handling requirements for passengers and cargo
• Coordinate with ramp, gate, and security teams to support on-time departures and arrivals
• Assist passengers with mobility needs, luggage handling, and safe boarding and exiting
• Maintain accurate transport logs, trip records, and incident reports
• Participate in required safety, security, and DOT compliance training
