Equipment Maintenance Technician

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated industrial equipment and its electrical and mechanical systems. Diagnose issues using electrical and mechanical drawings, service motors, drives, controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and perform basic welding. Work with production and maintenance teams to support safe, reliable plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated industrial machinery and its electrical and mechanical systems.
• Install, set up, and troubleshoot AC and DC drives, three-phase motors, and motor control circuits.
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings to diagnose equipment problems and complete repairs.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, bearings, pumps, encoders, sensors, and limit switches.
• Perform basic welding and mechanical repairs to support equipment reliability.
• Follow safety and quality standards and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support plant operations.
