Director, Global Occupancy Planning & Management

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Director, Global Occupancy Planning & Management to lead portfolio and space strategy for major corporate clients. This role oversees global occupancy planning, scenario modeling, and workplace standards to optimize space utilization, cost, and employee experience. The director will guide a distributed team, partner with real estate, HR, and business leaders, and leverage data and technology to inform decisions. You will champion performance, client service, innovation, and sustainability while shaping JLL's approach to the future of work across a dynamic global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead global occupancy planning and management strategy for major corporate real estate portfolios.
• Develop and implement space utilization, workplace, and portfolio optimization plans.
• Use data, analytics, and scenario modeling to guide occupancy and real estate decisions.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, finance, and facilities to align space with business needs.
• Oversee standards, governance, and reporting for space and occupancy metrics globally.
• Manage and mentor a global team and coordinate with external vendors and partners.
• Drive sustainability, cost efficiency, and employee experience in workplace solutions.
