Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining all manufacturing equipment and components at facility. Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and fabricate mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fluidic, welding, and plant equipment, including minor electrical troubleshooting, to minimize downtime Respond to breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and use machine tools, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to repair and fabricate components Monitor equipment performance, identify root causes, implement improvements, and manage spare parts inventory and organized storage Work safely and independently while maintaining a clean shop; train and coach teammates and operators on equipment functionality, maintenance procedures, and reliability practices Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright or related role, in a similar industrial environment Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, etc. Must be able to work from Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm Welding and fabrication experience Preferred Skills & Experience: Exposure to PLCs (Allen Bradley) is preferred Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
