You'll step into an established cataract and anterior segment practice with consistent surgical demand and a strong referral base. Practice Overview

• You'll join a stable group of ophthalmologists, adding a new surgeon for succession planning and sustained cataract volume.
• Referral-driven model with strong optometry relationships and an adult, surgery-forward patient population
• Practice footprint includes multiple clinic sites and access to ambulatory surgery centers.
• Procedures include cataracts (including premium IOLs), femtosecond laser, MIGS, pterygium, and advanced anterior segment work based on training.g

Schedule

• Clinic schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Blocked OR time with the ability to run 2-3 OR days per week
• Clinic volume commonly ranges from 25 to 50 patients per physician per day, supported by experienced ophthalmic technicians
• High surgical throughput potential, often up to 30-40 cases per week, depending on your pace and case mix

Compensation & Benefits

• High-Earning Potential: Guaranteed salary $400,000-$450,000 with 30% collections sharing for $600K+ potential
• Malpractice coverage is included with tail.
• Time off typically includes 4 weeks PTO plus 1 additional week for CME; CME allowance around $4,000 annually.y
• Full benefits package (medical/dental/vision/life/STD/LTD) plus 401(k) with discretionary employer match; signing bonus and relocation may be available on a case-by-case basis

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO; residents and fellows considered
• Comfort with cataract and anterior segment surgery; glaucoma or cornea experience is a plus
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
• Team-oriented approach with strong communication and sound clinical judgment
