Senior Living Housekeeper

RiverWoods Durham, a resident-centered CCRC in Durham, NH, seeks a Full-Time Housekeeper to support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for older adults. Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments and common areas, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, bathroom sanitation, and occasional laundry/linen duties. Housekeepers follow infection control and safety standards, respond to resident requests with courtesy, and report maintenance issues. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and high-touch surfaces
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
