Kingsdale Market District Team Member

Market District is seeking a Kingsdale Market District Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service in our specialty supermarket. In this role, you'll assist guests with product selection, maintain clean, well-stocked departments, and support daily store operations such as merchandising, stocking, and cashiering. You'll handle fresh and specialty foods with care, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with teammates to create an inspiring shopping experience. This position offers training, cross department exposure, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, food-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable service
• Operate POS systems and accurately handle cash, credit, and returns
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all areas
• Assist with merchandising, signage, and product displays
• Support multiple departments as needed, including deli, bakery, or grocery
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and sales floor
• Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and promotions
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet store goals
