Active Trader Services Representative

Support active traders through inbound interactions, answering trading-related questions and providing education on market activity, securities transactions, investment products, and trading tools. Help clients make informed investment decisions, identify their needs, and connect them with relevant resources and solutions while building trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client questions about market activity, securities transactions, and trading.
• Provide education and support to help clients make informed investment decisions.
• Assist clients with trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income, and margin.
• Explain financial markets, investment products, trading concepts, and regulations clearly.
• Identify client needs and connect clients with relevant trading tools, resources, and solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and coordinate with internal business groups to deliver service.
