Retail Sales Associate

NIKE is hiring a Full-Time Retail Associate to deliver premium service and elevate every athlete's in-store experience. In this role, you'll greet customers, learn their needs, and connect them with the right Nike footwear, apparel, and accessories. You'll operate POS systems, handle cash accurately, restock and merchandise product, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. Working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, you'll embody Nike's culture of sport, innovation, and inclusion while meeting sales goals and supporting store events that bring the brand to life in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to all shoppers
• Understand customer needs and recommend Nike footwear, apparel, and accessories
• Operate POS systems and process cash/card transactions accurately
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and product displays
• Restock shelves and backroom, ensuring accurate inventory levels
• Keep sales floor, fitting rooms, and work areas clean and organized
• Support store events and product launches to drive traffic and engagement
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales and service goals
• Follow store policies for safety, security, and loss prevention
