Family Law Attorney

Kamal Law Firm, PLLC, a client-centered San Antonio family law firm, seeks a Family Law Attorney to handle divorce, custody, support, and modification matters. You will manage cases from intake through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, negotiation, mediation support, and court appearances. The firm values empathy, clear communication, integrity, and collaboration. Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and modification matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials; advocate effectively for clients
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation to resolve disputes efficiently
• Maintain regular, empathetic communication with clients and manage expectations
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with the firm's principal attorney
• Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation with strong attention to detail
• Participate in firm meetings and contribute to a collaborative, professional culture
