Management and Sales Intern

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandising for Sherwin-Williams coatings and related products
• Assist sales representatives with customer consultations, product recommendations, and order processing
• Learn and apply product knowledge to support professional, industrial, commercial, and retail customers
• Participate in branch financial activities such as quoting, pricing, and basic reporting
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
• Support delivery coordination, stocking, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment
• Engage in structured training on sales, operations, and leadership fundamentals
• Contribute to local marketing activities and outreach to business customers
