Field Service Engineer - Environmental Test Chambers

Responsibilities

• Install and commission environmental test chambers and systems at customer sites
• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical, refrigeration, and control system issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure reliable equipment performance
• Train customer personnel on safe, proper operation and basic troubleshooting
• Document service activities, parts used, and technical findings in service reports
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex problems
• Provide technical phone and on-site support to customers in multiple industries
• Follow safety procedures and industry standards while working in the field
