Field Program Specialist

Redbarn Pet Products LLC seeks a Field Program Specialist to support manufacturing-related field initiatives that ensure product quality, safety, and operational excellence. In this role, you will coordinate and execute field programs, conduct on-site audits, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams. You'll help launch new products and process improvements, train field staff on SOPs and safety, and prepare clear reports for leadership. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute field programs supporting Redbarn's manufacturing and distribution operations
• Conduct on-site audits of product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards
• Collect, analyze, and report field data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Support rollout of new products, programs, and promotions across field locations
• Collaborate with production, QA, sales, and logistics teams to resolve field issues
• Provide training and guidance to field staff on procedures, documentation, and safety
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product presentation in assigned locations
• Document findings, prepare reports, and present recommendations to management
• Assist in developing and refining SOPs for field operations
• Travel regularly to manufacturing sites, warehouses, and customer locations as needed
