Membership Advisor

The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a motivated Membership Advisor to grow and support our member community. In this on-site role, you'll drive new memberships through tours, prospecting, and follow-up while delivering exceptional front-desk and service support. You'll guide prospects through offerings, explain pricing and promotions, and ensure accurate processing of agreements and payments. Success in this high-energy, team-focused environment requires strong communication, comfort with sales goals, basic computer skills, and a passion for health and fitness. Responsibilities

• Prospect, tour, and close new membership sales to meet monthly targets.
• Deliver high-energy, professional service to all current and prospective members.
• Conduct club tours highlighting equipment, classes, and amenities.
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Accurately process memberships, agreements, and payments in club systems.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front-desk and entry experience.
• Track leads, follow up consistently, and update CRM/sales reports.
• Partner with trainers and staff to promote programs and events.
• Support retention efforts by addressing member concerns promptly.
• Represent The Edge brand and uphold all policies and procedures.
