Retail Lead Generation Sales Representative - Home Services

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an energetic In-Store Sales Lead Generator to represent our residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside retail locations. In this role, you'll actively approach shoppers, spark conversations, explain service options, and qualify homeowners for repair or replacement needs. You'll capture customer information and schedule in-home appointments for our sales and service teams. Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in retail locations to promote ARS-Rescue Rooter home services
• Qualify potential customers based on home ownership and service needs
• Explain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service offerings and basic benefits
• Capture customer information accurately and schedule in-home appointments
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and appointment goals
• Represent the ARS-Rescue Rooter brand professionally with strong customer focus
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing, and service options
• Follow safety and conduct standards within partner retail locations
• Report activity and results using basic tracking tools or systems
