Facility Maintenance Supervisor - Automotive Services

Cox Automotive is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for our Manheim Dallas location in the telecommunications and media-driven automotive marketplace. In this role, you will oversee all building and grounds maintenance, ensuring auction and office spaces are safe, reliable, and fully operational. You will lead a small maintenance team, coordinate vendors, schedule and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and manage work orders and repair priorities. You'll enforce safety and environmental standards, support facility upgrades, and partner closely with operations leaders. Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day facility and grounds maintenance for Manheim Dallas operations.
• Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead and schedule maintenance technicians and contractors to meet operational needs.
• Manage work orders, prioritize repairs, and minimize downtime for auction and office areas.
• Oversee vendor relationships, quotes, and service contracts for building systems and equipment.
• Monitor facility budgets, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards and Cox Automotive policies.
• Support facility improvement projects, upgrades, and space utilization initiatives.
• Respond to urgent facility issues and coordinate after-hours or emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to align maintenance priorities with business needs.
