Casino Security Greeter

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Security Greeter to welcome guests and help maintain a safe, friendly environment. In this role, you will greet and screen guests at entrances, check IDs, monitor access to restricted areas, and observe activity for safety concerns. You'll respond calmly to guest questions, provide directions, and assist with incidents or emergencies by following established procedures. Working closely with the security and front-of-house teams, you ensure policies are followed while delivering professional, courteous service that reflects our guest-first, tribal values and supports a positive resort experience.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and provide a professional first point of contact at entrances
• Verify IDs, check age requirements, and monitor access to restricted areas
• Observe guest activity to identify and report safety or security concerns
• Follow security procedures during incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
• Document incidents and relay information clearly to security leadership
• Operate radios or communication devices to coordinate with team members
• Provide directions, basic information, and assistance to guests
• Support crowd flow during busy periods and special events
• Ensure compliance with resort, casino, and tribal regulations at entry points
• Collaborate with security and guest services to maintain a welcoming environment
