On Call Spa Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage and body treatments to guests according to Marriott spa standards and protocols
• Conduct client consultations, review health histories, and tailor services to individual needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized treatment room and adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Prepare treatment areas, products, and equipment before and after each service
• Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming, relaxing, and respectful spa experience
• Accurately document services provided and support spa front desk with scheduling or guest communication as needed
• Recommend appropriate at-home products or follow-up services to support guest wellness goals
• Remain on-call and flexible to respond to varying guest demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
