Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
• Accurately take and enter orders using POS systems
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service
• Serve food and beverages according to Marriott brand standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address needs or concerns
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance checks accurately
• Maintain clean, organized dining, service, and work areas
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
• Support teammates and assist with side work and closing duties
