Precast Concrete Production Supervisor

Lead daily production in a precast concrete manufacturing facility, coordinating workflow and supporting a hands-on team. Help meet safety, quality, and production goals while participating in mold preparation, concrete operations, material handling, inspections, and employee training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the production team in daily precast concrete operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and help meet production schedules.
• Set up, inspect, and prepare casting molds; oversee concrete mixing and pouring.
• Assist with material handling and coordinate pallet jack, forklift, and overhead crane use.
• Inspect finished products for quality and proper labeling.
• Enforce safety procedures, maintain an organized work area, and train team members.
