Industrial Electrician

Cargill seeks an Experienced Electrician to support its manufacturing operations. In this role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, and controls to keep production running safely and efficiently. You'll interpret schematics, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and respond quickly to equipment downtime. Working closely with maintenance and production teams, you'll help drive continuous improvement, uphold strict safety and compliance standards, and support Cargill's commitment to sustainable, reliable food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, and controls in a manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize production downtime
• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Perform preventive and predictive electrical maintenance on plant equipment
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70
• E, and Cargill safety standards
• Document maintenance activities and update equipment records
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams on root-cause analysis
• Support electrical upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and other critical safety procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
