Quality Assurance Associate I

Review and verify scanned digital documents for accuracy, identifying issues such as missing pages, double feeds, and barcode errors. Use computer systems to validate files, organize completed documents, prepare boxes for warehouse transfer, and meet daily productivity and accuracy standards. This is an onsite, full-time role in Erlanger, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Review scanned digital documents for accuracy and quality.
• Identify and correct double feeds, missing pages, and barcode issues.
• Use computer systems to track, review, and validate document files.
• Organize completed document stacks and place them into designated boxes.
• Prepare and stage boxes for transfer to warehouse storage.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.
