CDL-A Regional and OTR Truck Driver

Koch Trucking is hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers to support our regional and long-haul freight operations across the U.S. In this field-based role, you'll haul dry van, flatbed, and specialized loads with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and driver support. Operate late-model equipment, complete accurate logs, follow DOT and hours-of-service regulations, and perform thorough inspections. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailer for regional and long-haul freight
• Transport dry van, flatbed, and specialized loads per route assignments
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
• Comply with DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety policies
• Secure and handle freight to prevent damage and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and electronic documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and support teams
• Care for assigned equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
• Demonstrate professional customer service at pickup and delivery sites
• Support a safety-focused, driver-centric culture and company policies
