Youth Treatment Specialist Supervisor

Wisconsin Community Services seeks a Youth Treatment Specialist Supervisor to lead a team supporting justice-involved and high-needs youth in Milwaukee. This role oversees daily program operations, provides clinical and behavioral guidance, and ensures trauma-informed, strengths-based services. The supervisor coaches and schedules staff, monitors documentation and compliance, and partners with schools, courts, families, and community providers. The position supports data-driven quality improvement, staff training, and equitable practices while modeling WCS values of integrity, collaboration, and client-centered care to promote safety, healing, and long-term stability for youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Youth Treatment Specialists, including scheduling and performance feedback
• Oversee daily operations of youth treatment services to ensure safety and quality care
• Provide clinical and behavioral guidance using trauma-informed, strengths-based practices
• Monitor documentation, reporting, and compliance with agency and regulatory standards
• Coordinate care with courts, schools, families, and community partners
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation for youth in care
• Lead or support staff training and ongoing professional development
• Use data and feedback to support program quality improvement
• Promote an equity-focused, culturally responsive service environment
• Model WCS mission, values, and professional conduct
