Bilingual Claims Care Center Representative

Handle customer interactions by phone and digital channels for new and existing insurance claims, gather information, review coverage and claim documentation, assign services, process payments, and support low-complexity claim inventory. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role is primarily home based within commuting distance of an office, with occasional office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, outbound, and digital interactions about new and existing claims.
• Review and apply coverage, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, assign services, and process payments.
• Gather information needed to accurately process claims and first notice of loss (FNOL) reports.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities across multiple lines of business.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers and business partners.
• Maintain claim inventory and assist adjusting teams with low-complexity claims as needed.
