Grill Cook

Responsibilities

• Operate grills, ovens, and fryers to cook meats, vegetables, and other foods according to prescribed recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all dishes are seasoned, cooked, and presented according to Sodexo's high standards and client expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep records and accounts of food supplies and inventory; assist in food ordering and kitchen stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and operated safely.
