Rubber Press Operator

Operate rubber molding presses to produce custom molded components. Load raw materials, remove and inspect finished parts, maintain production counts, remove defects, keep the work area safe, and assist with minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection, compression, and transfer rubber molding presses.
• Load raw materials into presses and remove finished parts.
• Inspect components for quality and remove defective parts.
• Maintain accurate production counts.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Assist with minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments.
