Regional Operations Leader/Practice Administrator

Ascend Vision Partners seeks a Regional Operations Leader/Practice Administrator to oversee multi-site ophthalmology and optometry practices across the Southeast. This role leads day-to-day operations, practice administration, and staff management while partnering closely with physician leaders. You will standardize processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with finance, HR, and IT to enhance efficiency and patient experience. Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations for affiliated ophthalmology and optometry practices, ensuring efficient, patient-centered workflows
• Oversee practice administration including scheduling, revenue cycle, compliance, and reporting
• Partner with physician leaders to align operational goals with clinical quality and patient experience
• Manage and develop local practice managers and staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Implement standardized processes, KPIs, and best practices across locations to drive consistency and growth
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and IT to optimize budgets, staffing, and technology utilization
• Support integration of new practices into the platform, including due diligence and onboarding
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, payer, and quality standards across the region
• Drive initiatives to enhance patient access, satisfaction, and overall practice performance
