Facade Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Facade Manager to oversee the installation of facades at a prestigious development in the South West London region. This role will require a senior-level professional with a proven track record in managing all aspects of fa ade/external installation, including SFS, windows, doors, curtain walling, GRC panels, metal rainscreens, brickwork, and scaffold adaptations and dismantling, ensuring adherence to the project programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the installation of facades, ensuring quality standards, safety, and compliance with the project timeline.
• Overseeing a range of fa ade systems, from SFS to complex curtain walling and metal rainscreens.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and site teams to ensure the smooth execution of the works.
• Managing the scaffolding operations, including adaptations and dismantling, in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborating with the wider project team to ensure a seamless progression into landscaping and final project completion.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a Facade Manager or Senior Site Manager with a focus on facade systems.
• A proven track record working on large scale RC frame residential developments
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of fa ade installation and scaffolding.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• A thorough understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
