Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Florida 2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team in Delray Beach, FL.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Bonus

Full-Time Delray Beach, FL

We're looking for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys working with clients, providing coverage solutions, building relationships, and generating new business.

What You'll Do

• Quote and sell insurance products based on client needs
• Manage and maintain existing customer relationships
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Develop new business opportunities and follow up with leads
• Provide knowledgeable, professional insurance advice
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in our agency management system

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License - Required
• Insurance agency experience preferred
• Homeowners insurance experience is a plus
• General liability experience is a plus
• EZLynx experience is a plus
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and motivated
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
