Cosmetologist - Hotel Spa

Marriott is seeking a skilled Cosmetologist to deliver exceptional salon and spa services to our hotel guests. In this role, you will provide professional hair, nail, and basic skincare treatments while creating a welcoming, relaxing environment. You will consult with guests, recommend services and products, and uphold strict sanitation and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Provide hair, nail, and basic skincare services to hotel and resort guests.
• Consult with guests to understand needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of tools, stations, and spa/salon areas.
• Promote and upsell retail products and additional services to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Coordinate with front desk and spa teams to manage bookings and ensure smooth guest flow.
• Deliver service aligned with Marriott brand standards, focusing on luxury, comfort, and discretion.
• Document services performed and process guest payments accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training, product knowledge sessions, and skill development.
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and hotel policies.
• Support a positive, inclusive team culture and assist with opening/closing spa or salon areas.
