Senior Retail Energy Pricing Analyst

Constellation Energy seeks a Sr RXS Specialist to lead complex pricing and RXS analysis for our retail energy portfolios. In this role, you will analyze market, load, and customer data to develop pricing strategies, enhance RXS models, and support portfolio profitability across residential and commercial segments. You'll collaborate closely with trading, risk, sales, and operations teams while ensuring regulatory and tariff compliance. • Maintain and improve RXS models, tools, and reporting dashboards to support portfolio performance
• Collaborate with trading, risk, sales, and operations teams to align pricing with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tariff, and internal policy requirements in pricing activities
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership on pricing impacts and opportunities
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within RXS workflows
• Support new product launches and special pricing programs in competitive energy markets
• Monitor portfolio profitability and recommend adjustments to pricing strategies
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices documentation
