Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key biotechnology and pharmaceutical accounts
• Identify customer clinical and operational needs and align Abbott solutions to drive value
• Manage full sales cycle, including forecasting, pipeline management, and contract discussions
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Provide ongoing account support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Analyze market and account data to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and deliver product and solutions presentations to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and Abbott policies
• Contribute feedback to internal teams to improve products and services
