Healthcare Food Service General Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical and facility leaders to meet patient and guest needs
• Monitor quality, service levels, and satisfaction scores, implementing improvements
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships for cost-effective operations
• Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, inclusivity, and ethical behavior
• Use data and KPIs to guide operational decisions and report results to leadership
• Support company initiatives, audits, and training programs to ensure consistency and excellence.
