Quality Engineer

Anderson Dahlen is seeking a Quality Engineer to support our custom stainless steel fabrication operations for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial customers. In this role, you will develop and maintain quality plans, lead inspections, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure product and process compliance. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customers to resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and uphold strict quality and documentation standards in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans and inspection standards for stainless steel fabricated products.
• Perform in-process and final inspections, using precision measurement tools and GD&T.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support and maintain ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in customer audits, inspections, and technical reviews as needed.
