Direct Support Professional - Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play an integral role in making this mission a reality, providing direct care and support to our clients, helping them achieve their personal goals, and aiding in their daily life activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including preparing meals, administering medication, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Implement and monitor individual support plans designed to promote client independence and development.
• Participate in developing behavioral plans and providing behavioral support.
• Accompany clients to appointments and recreational outings, ensuring safety and providing support as needed.
• Document and report client progress, while also noting any potential health or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
