Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for primary and minor urgent care needs
• Develop and manage evidence-based care plans for diverse patient populations
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests per state and federal regulations
• Document encounters accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and preventive health strategies
• Support quality, safety, and compliance standards in line with CVS Health policies
• Participate in continuous learning, training, and performance improvement initiatives
