Infrared Studio Fitness Instructor

The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking an energetic InfraRED Studio Instructor to lead signature heated classes that inspire and deliver results. In this Fitness & Wellness role, you'll coach small and large groups through infrared-enhanced workouts, providing safe instruction, modifications, and motivational cueing for all levels. You'll educate members on proper form, recovery, and wellness benefits while creating a high-energy, community-focused environment. Responsibilities include class prep and cleanup, equipment setup, member engagement, basic membership promotion, and maintaining brand standards of professionalism, service, and positivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, fun infrared-enhanced fitness classes for all levels
• Demonstrate and cue proper exercise form and modifications
• Prepare, set up, and break down the studio and equipment
• Engage members before and after class to build community
• Educate members on workout, recovery, and wellness benefits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and branded studio environment
• Support membership and program promotions as directed
• Follow all safety, CPR/AED, and emergency procedures
• Attend trainings and team meetings to uphold standards
• Model The Edge's high-energy, positive, professional culture
