Manheim Mobile Vehicle Condition Inspector

Cox Automotive's Manheim division is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Condition Inspector in Buffalo, NY. In this field-based role, you will travel to dealerships, lots, and client locations to inspect vehicles, identify damage, and document overall condition. Using mobile inspection tools, you'll capture photos, grade vehicles, and upload accurate reports that power Manheim auctions and remarketing decisions. You'll interact with clients professionally, manage a daily route, and follow safety and quality standards, helping dealers and sellers make smarter, faster inventory choices across Cox Automotive's industry-leading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealerships, lots, and client sites to perform vehicle condition inspections
• Assess exterior, interior, and mechanical condition and identify damage or missing equipment
• Capture clear photos and detailed notes using mobile inspection applications
• Assign condition grades and upload accurate digital reports to Manheim systems
• Communicate inspection findings professionally with clients and auction staff
• Manage a daily inspection schedule and route efficiently across the Buffalo area
• Follow safety, quality, and data integrity standards at all times
• Collaborate with Cox Automotive and Manheim teams to support auction and remarketing operations
