Job Description
We are seeking an empathetic, articulate, and customer-focused Customer Care Service Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless, positive service experience. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and maintaining our standards of exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests with empathy and efficiency.
Account & Information Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, and case histories within our CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services, policies, and workflows to provide clear guidance and accurate information.
Process Improvement: Collect customer feedback and collaborate with team leads to identify recurring issues, helping optimize internal workflows and customer experience.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Escalate complex technical or operational issues to the appropriate internal departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1 3+ years of customer service, client support, or call center experience.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of professional phone and email etiquette.
Empathy & Patience: Demonstrated ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous when assisting dissatisfied or challenging customers.
Software Proficiency: Experience working with CRM and ticketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Multitasking: Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools while communicating effectively with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in high-volume, professional services, corporate staffing, or health-tech customer care environments.
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) are a plus.
