Automotive Service Advisor

Meineke - 2991 + 2997 seek an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary link between customers and the shop. You'll greet customers, listen to concerns, write repair orders, and clearly explain recommended services, estimates, and timelines. Working closely with technicians, you'll coordinate diagnostics, prioritize work, and ensure cars are completed on time. You'll also handle scheduling, phone calls, and payments while promoting needed maintenance and repair services. This fast-paced, hands-on role requires strong communication, basic automotive knowledge, and a customer-first, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle concerns in person and by phone
• Write and manage repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations
• Explain diagnostics, repair options, and pricing in clear terms
• Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts ordering
