Poolside Food and Beverage Utility - Hospitality

As a Pool Utility worker, you support poolside food and beverage operations by setting up and stocking work areas, inspecting and handling china, glassware, and silverware, and keeping stations clean and organized. You complete end-of-shift closing duties, follow safety and sanitation procedures, move and lift supplies, and assist team members to ensure guests enjoy a clean, well-prepared pool environment. This role is on-site and involves extended standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Close down poolside food and beverage areas by storing reusable goods, breaking down stations, and securing equipment and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize pool utility areas, equipment, and surfaces, following daily cleaning checklists.
• Set up, stock, and maintain poolside workstations with necessary china, glassware, silverware, and supplies.
• Inspect all china, glass, and silverware for cleanliness and proper presentation before use.
• Maintain poolside work areas in a clean and orderly condition throughout the shift using clean-as-you-go practices.
• Follow all safety, security, and sanitation procedures and promptly report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Provide courteous guest support at the pool area, responding to requests and directing questions appropriately.
• Collaborate with food and beverage and pool teams to support smooth service operations as needed.
