Maintenance Technician - Multifamily Housing

Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Handyman Technician to support our multifamily communities. In this on-site role, you'll complete resident work orders, perform routine building and unit maintenance, and prepare apartments for move-in. Typical tasks include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and minor HVAC work. You'll help ensure safe, well-maintained homes, respond to urgent issues, and document work in our maintenance system. Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and common areas
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including repairs, painting, and cleaning touch-ups
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and on-call emergencies as assigned
• Inspect property for safety hazards, maintenance needs, and code compliance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance shop in clean, safe condition
• Document work performed in maintenance or work order systems accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to support resident satisfaction
