Rooms Housekeeper

As a Rooms Housekeeper, you will clean and prepare guest rooms and corridors to high cleanliness and safety standards. You restock linens and amenities, make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash and room service items, and check that room appliances and fixtures work properly. You will follow safety and security procedures, handle cleaning equipment and carts, respond to guest requests, and work closely with the housekeeping team to support an excellent guest stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways to brand standards.
• Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities and replace used items.
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items from guest rooms and corridors.
• Inspect rooms for proper functioning of appliances, fixtures, and overall room readiness.
• Operate, push, and maneuver housekeeping carts and related cleaning equipment safely.
• Follow safety, security, and chemical-handling procedures and report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Document completed work and respond promptly to guest and department service requests.
• Support team goals and perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by supervisors.
