Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive growth for innovative therapies across a defined territory. This role builds strong relationships with healthcare providers, delivers compelling, data-driven product presentations, and executes strategic account plans to achieve sales and market share goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional experts, leverage scientific and digital tools, and ensure all interactions meet regulatory and compliance standards while improving patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales territory for Inizio Engage pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and pharmacy decision-makers
• Deliver credible, compliant clinical and product presentations using data and scientific resources
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, market share goals, and key performance metrics
• Analyze territory data, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategic account plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional and medical teams to support product access and adoption
• Attend industry events, trainings, and workshops to stay current on therapeutic areas and competitors
• Document field activities, call notes, and insights using CRM and reporting tools
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and promotional guidelines in all interactions
• Provide ongoing feedback from the field to inform marketing, medical, and market access strategies
