Senior MEP Project Manager Data Center

Lead project managers, assistant project managers and superintendents to deliver complex MEP construction projects. Review bid specifications, manage project risks and subcontractor scopes, maintain client and subcontractor relationships, and support business development and new project pursuits. This senior role requires travel across the United States, potentially up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers, assistant project managers and superintendents in delivering construction projects.
• Review bid specifications and identify project issues and risks before work begins.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential critical-path delays.
• Understand subcontractor scopes and contracts, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure requisitions are accurate.
• Develop team business development plans and participate in interviews and events to pursue new work.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, owners and subcontractors; recruit qualified subcontractors and pursue work through the subcontractor community.
